Ingredients: Wire kadayif, (flour, water, molasses), special künefe cheese, butter, vegetable oil.
You can cook the künefe, which we take out of the package after it is half-thawed, in a pan or in the oven (at 220 °C) with the oily side down.
One measure of water and one measure of sugar are boiled. Sherbet is poured over the warm cooked künefe.
Our products are shocked at -40 degrees and stored at -18 degrees. It is shipped to customers by our company with our vehicles at -18 degrees without breaking the cold chain. For healthy storage of our products, they should be kept in the freezer at -18 degrees. When these conditions are met, the shelf life of our products is 12 months from the date of production.
