Cooking Suggestion
For 400 gr of ravioli, a little salt and oil are added to 2 lt of water and boiled. The ravioli is boiled in boiling water. Frozen ravioli is cooked for 10 minutes, fresh ravioli for 15 minutes, and the stove is turned off. It is filtered and ready to be served. Garlic yoghurt, sumac, chili pepper and mint are optionally added and served with butter sauce.
Important information
Fresh Ravioli: Our products, which are stored at +4°C, are packaged in a protective atmosphere. As long as the vacuum packaging is intact, the product has a life of 90 days. After opening the package, it should be consumed within 5 days.
Frozen Ravioli: Our products are frozen at -40 degrees and stored at -18 degrees. It is shipped to customers by our company with our vehicles at -18 degrees without breaking the cold chain.
For healthy storage of our products, the freezer should also be kept at -18 degrees. When these conditions are met, the durability period of our products is 12 months from the date of production.
