Cooking Suggestion
Kibbeh, 10 min. kept at room temperature. Add salt and lemon juice into 3 liters of boiled water. Meatballs in boiling water
is left . It is served after boiling for 3-4 minutes.

Sauce Suggestion: A tablespoon of butter is melted by mixing some oil. A tablespoon of tomato paste is added to the melted oil, and after the tomato paste is fried, a glass of cold water is added and boiled for 2-3 minutes. It can also be used for boiled and fried dumplings.
